Flex Rate IT

Hourly rates are designed to keep cost at a minimum. Please note there is a 30 minute standard minimum cost for each service type. This includes research & troubleshooting if needed. Time billed is prorated to a 15 minute interval, so you only pay for the time you need.​
Block Time can be purchased in advance and as a bonus each tier will receive a discount. Block time can be used anytime during normal business hours or after hours and for most services. 
*Parts & other accessories are not included in the hourly rate or block time.
*Cabling is also charged differently than the standard service hour & block time, please see cabling below.

• Block time is available in increments of 40 hours, 24 hours, 16 hours and 12 hours and  will be available at a discount.
• Block time in increments of 8 hours, 4 hours blocks will be available without discount

Special Rates:

Special rates are for: small non-profits, veterans & active military, senior citizens & students.

Cabling Rates

• Cat 5e is per run
• Cat 6 is per run

* Riser & Plenum Rated cables have higher cost & a quote can be provided when requested.
